About the Poster

• Submitting an abstract does not constitute or guarantee registration. It is best to register early.
• Meeting attendance is limited and can potentially fill-up prior to posted deadlines.
• Abstract editing is the responsibility of the author. Abstracts will be published as received.
• Poster space is limited. Preference will be given to interdisciplinary collaborative posters of strong relevance to the symposium themes.
• Posters display size is 4 feet by 4 feet (1.2 meters by 1.2 meters).

What you will need to submit a Poster abstract

• You may submit only one abstract.
• You will need:
• Presenting author's name, institutional affiliation, and email address
• First and last names of all co-authors
• Poster title
• 600 character abstract – Submission will be truncated at 600 characters
• Any grant acknowledgments for your research (ie., NIH-AI-13028) at the end of your abstract
