Your registration fee is fully refundable if we receive your written cancellation notice at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date. Fifty percent of your registration fee is refundable if we receive your written cancellation notice within twenty (20) and ten (10) days prior to the event date. Your registration fee is non-refundable if we receive your written cancellation notice less than ten (10) days prior to the event date. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.
